Debbie Walter has a background in both administration and Early Care and Education. She has earned an Associate's degree from TMCC and plans to pursue her Bachelor's degree at UNR. She is a former licensed Family Child Care provider with over 10 years of experience in the field of ECE. She was also the Lead Teacher in a licensed pre-school for children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 3 years. She is proud to be a part of an organization that is working hard to garner recognition for the individuals who are part of the ECE field, that promotes respect for this important profession, and that is implementing programs that help recognize the profound impact ECE educators have on the youngest members of our society.
